RETURN POLICY
Tritech Graphics
provides a 10 day return policy
on merchandise based on the
following conditions:
You will need an RMA # which we
will issue to you. You must have
this visibly in writing on the
outside of the box. You can
request an RMA by sending an
email to:
sales@tritechgraphics.com ,
or by calling one of our
customer service representatives
at 1-800-323-1950. Please have
your invoice number available.
Merchandise must be returned
100% complete in original
packaging with all software,
manuals, blank warranty cards,
and other accessories. Shipping,
handling and insurance charges
are non-refundable.
DOA (Dead on arrival):
If you receive merchandise that
is DOA, you are responsible for
the shipping cost of returning
your merchandise. We will gladly
issue you a refund, store
credit, or replace the defective
product with an even exchange of
the same item. We will pay the
shipping costs for the
replacement.
NON-DEFECTIVE
MERCHANDISE: If you
have non-defective merchandise
which is unopened, we
will issue you an RMA # and will
give you an address to ship the
product to at your expense
subject to a 15% restocking fee
or more, depending on the item,
manufacturer policies, and
circumstances. Return shipping
to us is at your expense. If the
merchandise has been opened and
is not defective, we can not
issue you an RMA.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE ABOVE
POLICIES: Custom
orders, bulk orders, and other
products designated as "Final
Sale", "No Returns", or similar
language may not be returned.
BEYOND 10 DAYS OF
RECEIPT : When you
purchase any product from
Tritech Graphics, you are
entitled to its manufacturer's
warranty against defective
merchandise. Many manufacturer's
policies require that you
contact them directly so they
could assist you by repairing,
returning or replacing your
item. Eizo Nanao Technologies
displays carry a limited 5-year warranty
- consult our website for
complete details.
